Sara has been working with all types of gems and jewelry from mass produced, to custom, statement, and antique pieces. Lab trained as a gemologist at GIA and a Registered Master Valuer by CIJT.

Active member NAJA and their continuing education requirement means up to date knowledge, practiced with a wide array of tools, software, and sources.

Focused as ‘the traveling jewelry appraiser’ since 2007. Valuation clients include individuals and companies, lawyers, financial institutions, asset lenders, industry professionals, auction companies, The City of New York, and other government organizations. Additional skills include metalsmithing, gem faceting, jewelry design, and fabrication.

Previous employers and clients include Tiffany & Co. at their 5^th Avenue flagship location, the American faceting firm of Precision Gems & Jewelry, and a myriad of other companies and designers.
