I worked as a gemologist for Jewelry Television for 15 years, specializing in exotic stones, confirmation of treatments, identifications, teaching, outreach, editing (books, broadcast, and online content) and buying/selling of gemstones, jewelry, and fine quality mineral specimens, which is now my main focus. I still deal in Estate jewelry and gemstones as well.
