The submission by the Accredited Gemologists Association (AGA) is in response to the FTC's request for comments regarding their comprehensive review of the Commission's Guides for the Jewelry, Precious Metals, and Pewter Industries, and its specific request for comments pertaining to lead-glass-filled rubies.
